Running as a hobby

Yeah, I said running as a hobby. I have been getting out for more runs and I like it, it relaxes me. Take a look at this beautiful trail in Lincolnshire, Il. It’s 12 miles of this. As I write this I’m 4 miles in and need a break.

Off to chicago

The week begins with a training session in Chicago. This should be a fun time, email management configuration! Who’s with me! Anyone?

Body hurts a little, due to the Omaha adventure race that we kicked but in on Saturday! It was was 2 hours of fun in iowa and downtown Omaha! I see many more of the adventure races in my future! Maybe one day I will be in shape to do more!
