Statefarm Adjustment…

We met with the insurance adjuster today and were happy with the claim numbers.  Best new of the meeting was the report from the Structural Engineer saying that the house is structurally sound.  That is great news, but we are not out of the woods.  We have to repair some blocks in the foundation and fix the cosmetic issue with the cracks.

Overall we are in the process of fixing the roof, getting air moving by install a new AC unit and super duty furnace! Overall we are making progress but its going to be a long process.
